Patrick H. Allen, III CSA is the Founder, Chairman, Leader, President, and Coach of Allen Marketing & Associates, Inc.; a national wholesale insurance and financial marketing/brokerage firm with over 3000 agents and 30 companies nationwide and The Allen Financial Group; a local retail firm. Pat has been in the insurance and financial business since 1975 and has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and a tremendous wealth of experience which has earned him the respect of many business associates, industry leaders and companies. Pat is  often featured in many insurance industry periodicals. Pat has been very successful in every facet of our business including recruiting, agency building and personal production; which he still does every week. Pat is the inventor of both the Insurance and Financial Gatekeeper and the Network of Professionals concepts and is often found scanning the external emerging environment in order to position the firms for success. Pat is known for his Reality Based Thinking. Pat is heavily involved in community related activities and is a long standing member of the Akron, Lake and Green Chambers of Commerce, where he has received many business awards. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Akron Business Technology College. Pat received the 2003 National Leadership Award presented by The National Republican Congressional Committee and was appointed to the Business Advisory Council to serve as an honorary chairman for the state of Ohio. Pat was a  featured speaker for AMA, Inc. worldwide on MSNBC on March 1, 2004 when AMA, Inc. was “Terry  Bradshaw's Pick Of The Week”. Pat was also on the NBC Today Show and featured in an article in the New York Times discussing credit card debt and contributed to the recent credit card legislation reform. In his spare time, Pat coaches our top producers on the financial management of their business. Pat is originally from Toledo, Ohio where he began his insurance career and spent 3 years in Bowling Green, Ky and has resided in Hartville, Ohio since 1979 with his wife Theresa, children; Christopher, Lisa and Kelsie; and Lisa & Kelsie are involved with the firm and 3 grandchildren Macy, Makayla, and Cameron.
