Recruiting Coordinator -  A Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for working with insurance agents thru the phone, fax, and e-mail to interest them in selling with one of our 30 different insurance companies.  They are the first line in building a successful relationship with the insurance agent and growing our business.

Internal Sales Support Representative - A Internal Sales Support Representative is responsible for building relationships with our 3,000+ insurance agents nationwide.  Their duties include managing those relationships, product education, case design and problem solving.  Marketing Consultants need to be multi-task oriented.  They also need to be flexible to dealing with multiple different personalities and knowing how to relate to all types of people.

Receptionist - The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, greet customers and insurance agents when they come in to the office, and other clerical duties.  It is important that this person is able to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

Clerical Administrative Assistant - A Clerical Administrative Assistant could be placed into many different roles at the company; these all would entail the same responsibilities which would be, data entry, making copies, help process new business, creating files, making phone calls to insurance companies, insurance agents, and also clients.  These positions require a person who is detail oriented as well as being able to multi-task.

In-House Agents for The Allen Financial Group - The Allen Financial Group is the retail division of Allen Marketing & Associates, Inc.  Our In-House Agents have access to all Clerical Administrative Assistants to help process their business and to use for their back office support.  In-House Agents are required to build a book of business by using our referral based system and our Network of Professionals.
